At Surf N' Wear Beach House, we want to ensure you are stoked with your gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and secure it firmly to the outside of your package, ensuring no other barcodes are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
